About Folka
Folka was born to bridge the gap between producers, passionate cafés, and curious drinkers. We're official importers of premium coffee equipment, roasters of Mexican specialty coffee, and the operational arm for independent cafés looking to grow with the right tools.
Our story
Folka Coffee Solutions (also known as CAFE FOLKA) is a specialty coffee company born between Monterrey, Mexico and San Antonio, Texas. We exist to help independent cafés thrive with equipment, supplies, consulting, training and real support.
Good coffee isn't just a cup. It's a complete system: machine, grinder, calibration, water and technique working together. Our mission is to make that system accessible to anyone who wants to build it, whether you're a professional barista or someone setting up your first home bar.
We're members of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) and we work with smallholder farms and cooperatives in Chiapas and Guerrero, betting on long relationships, fair prices, and transparency at every step.

Pillar 01
We don't just sell machines. We sell the ecosystem: grinder calibration, the right water, proper maintenance, solid technique. Every piece matters, and we help you make them all fit together.
Pillar 02
Specialty baristas and cafés don't improvise their equipment. They carefully choose each tool that supports their craft. We bring those tools (Slayer, La Marzocco, Mazzer, Acaia, Fellow) and back them with in-house technical service.
